Website and referral information
Gwennol processes contact information submitted through this website for the purpose of responding to enquiries, screening referrals and taking steps toward a service arrangement. We ask referrers not to submit full case files, court documents or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the public website.
Where further case information is required after initial screening, an appropriate secure method for sharing it will be agreed with the referrer. Information is only retained for as long as required for the relevant purpose and legal obligations.
Practitioner network registrations
Where you register interest through the careers form, Gwennol processes the contact, location, availability, experience and qualification information you provide in order to consider you for practitioner work. We do not collect DBS certificates, identity documents or health information through the public website; those are handled separately through a secure process if a registration is taken forward.
