  • Accommodation plus support to a 16 or 17 year old placed by a local authority
Phase 1 boundary: these services do not include personal care, prompting or reminding a service user to eat, wash, dress or take medication, medication administration, or accommodation combined with parenting assessment. Referrals are screened before acceptance.
